Letter of Recommendation

To Be Eligible, Applicant Must:

Be an active employee or a child of an active employee, excluding management.
Be enrolled in an accredited post-secondary institution for the upcoming academic year.
Submit application to head office before Tuesday, August 4th, 2026.
Be evaluated on strength of character, academic performance, completed essay, and financial need.
Hallmark employee must be employed for a minimum of one year.
Successful applicants will be notified by Friday, August 14th, 2026.
Be able to pick up cheques in person at one of our branch locations.
Previous winners are not eligible to apply.
